Eden is not a replacement for therapy, and Elizabeth is not a clinically licensed therapist. However, as a therapeutic art facilitator, Elizabeth provides guidance and support to help you explore your thoughts and emotions creatively. While this membership is not a substitution for clinical mental health services, eden can complement your existing journey of self-discovery and self-care.

Not at all! Eden is designed for individuals of all skill levels. The focus is on the process rather than the end result. You don't need to be an artist to benefit from therapeutic art. It's about self-expression and self-discovery, not perfection.

Great question! Art supplies are NOT included. This is because everyone feels drawn to different art mediums and brands, so it is your responsibility to explore and find what you feel happy using.

That's completely okay! You can still benefit from the resources provided in the invitation period and consider joining in the future. Feel free to join the waitlist for next year's group if you're not ready to commit at the moment. But please be advised that you are not automatically assured an invitation next year if you choose not to join this year.

The main mode of communication between you and Elizabeth will be through email and mailed letters. The reason for this is to encourage you to slow down and intentionally share your thoughts, which will help you understand how your creations make you think and feel on a deeper level. Letters or emails to Elizabeth are both welcomed. (Letters are preferred because they’re fun and cool)

Emails are answered every Wednesday, and letters are answered on a rolling basis. Please be patient as you wait for your response. The wait is intentional, and it is an important part of your membership.

There's no pressure to keep up with a strict schedule. You can engage with the exercises at your own pace, and if you miss a week, you can always email Elizabeth to ask for access to a previous video. The goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring at your own rhythm.

Yes, confidentiality is a priority within Eden. Your personal information and the content of your communications are kept private and confidential.

Self-discovery and personal growth is a lifelong commitment, and this program is designed to be your creative companion as long as you choose to participate - forever, if you want. This is your space to be free and learn more about yourself, with some gentle guidance from Elizabeth.

Financially speaking, your eden membership is billed on a monthly basis and you can choose to cancel at any time. Please be advised that this is a closed-door community, so if you choose to claim and then cancel your membership we are unable to issue a second invitation.

She focuses on offering group sessions to provide the opportunity for eden members to interact and build relationships with one another, since the program is largely individual in every other aspect.
